ITRAC touch integrates directly into a unique web-based monitoring application designed to accuratley monitor the movement and whereabouts of key personnel in real-time, such as permanent and temporary staff, contract workers, or mobile field staff, ITRAC touch captures information as it happens monitoring staff attendance and immediately raise awareness of unauthorised absence lateness or any other anomalies.
ITRAC touch utilises the latest in Wireless, GPRS and SMS technology to deliver real-time attendance information, accurately identifying each member of staff and instantly alerting the line manager of other nominated staff with details of all unauthorised absence and lateness via SMS text messaging, internet portal or other mobile devices.
ITRAC touch provides access to attendance information 24 hours a day, through any web-enabled device and has the ability to centrally manage multiple locations. ITRAC touch is totally autonomous and requires no connections to internal computer networks or telephone lines, allowing fast and cost effective deployment of the service.

How I-TRAC Works

I-TRAC is a unique, multi functional, web-based monitoring system that has the ability to remotely monitor, capture and process information in real-time. The web based system has the ability to centrally manage multiple remote locations. The flexibility of the technology delivers scalable, cost effective, web enabled solutions to a wide range of diverse customers. It ranges from general Time & Attendance through to Asset Tracking, or to monitoring of environmental conditions within a sensitive data room.
Each time the I-TRAC reader or sensor records data, it is simultaneously uploaded via GPRS and processed at our data centre. Reports can be viewed in real-time from any internet enabled device, PC, PDA. They can be printed, faxed, sent by SMS text or emailed.
